Disney Lorcana Challenge in Beijing, China, September 13th

Dear Overseas Lorcana Fans,

We are thrilled to welcome the global Lorcana community to the upcoming Beijing Challenge on September 13th (UTC+8)! We understand that many international players have been reaching out for guidance on the registration process. We would like to reassure you that, as with other Challenge events, the Beijing Challenge is open to overseas competitors. If you have encountered difficulties registering, please follow the steps outlined below.

We want to remind all oversea players that the Chinese tournament rules require the use of Simplified Chinese versions of Disney Lorcana TCG cards only for Challenge events. We understand this might lead to questions about card text, and we want to assure you that our staff will be available on-site to provide any needed clarification.

 

Registration Deadline

The online Registration of Beijing Challenge 2025 will end on September 5, 2025, 23:59(UTC+8), don’t miss your last chance!

Registration Process:

1. Create a WeChat account: If you haven’t already, please create a WeChat account.

2. Access WeChat Playhub: Scan the WeChat Playhub QR code to access the Disney Lorcana WeChat Playhub main page. 

3. Registration Page

On the main page, navigate to the registration section for the Beijing Challenge. Click that, and you will be prompted to log in using your WeChat account, at which point a Lorcana Wechat playhub account will be created for you automatically.

About Step 2: Identity Verification: Select "点击报名" (Register). You will be asked to provide your identity information. Choose the option 护照 (Passport) for passport certification, and use your mobile device’s camera to shoot the information page of your passport. The system will automatically capture and record your passport details.

4. Final Steps

Once identity verification is complete, you will be able to submit your deck and proceed with payment.

 

Troubleshooting and Alternative Registration

We acknowledge that some international players have faced challenges due to technical issues with the passport OCR system in WeChat Playhub. Please know that we are actively working to resolve these issues and are committed to ensuring that every player has the opportunity to participate.

If you are unable to complete your registration online, there is no need to worry! We can still process your registration on-site in Beijing. To do so, please email the following details to [email protected]:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Nationality
  • A photo of your visa's information page
  • Your visa number
  • (Recommended) Your Disney Lorcana WeChat Playhub user ID
  • A description of any technical issues you have encountered (if applicable)
  • (Optional) your deck to be used in the Beijing Challenge

Upon receipt of your registration information, we will ensure your participation in the event and add you to the competitor list.
